Blaine Edwards

Blaine "Ed" Edwards passed away peacefully surrounded by his daughters on Thursday, April 5, 2018 at the age of 73. Blaine was born August 21, 1944 to Buryl and Betty Edwards in Hastings, NE and came into this world fighting at under 2 lbs. Blaine moved to California and met the love his life Linda Wright. They were married on March 4, 1966 and had three wonderful daughters. They moved from California to Pocatello, ID in 1980 and built a foundation to spend the rest of their lives there. Blaine had a laugh that would fill the room and a great sense of humor. He loved to play cards and enjoyed a good wrestling match. He loved to be surrounded by his family and he supported his wife in all her endeavors. He is preceded in death by his loving wife, Linda. Blaine is survived by his three daughters, Lori (Brian) Brown of Bonney Lake, WA, Kim (Rob) Mowrey of Pocatello, ID, Angel (Philip) Dance of Blackfoot, ID; brother, Steve Edwards of California; five grandchildren, Jason Brown of Bonney Lake, WA, Aleasha (JJ) Murphy of Pocatello, ID, Samantha (Max Day) Mowrey of Pocatello, ID, Lachelle (Jake Moreno) Dance of Pocatello, ID, Mathew Dance of Blackfoot, ID; six great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. A special thanks to the nurses with Alliance Home Health and Lori Brown, Kim Mowrey, and Angel Dance for their amazing care in his time of need. Blaine is now with his wife Linda, and the family finds great relief in knowing this. As per Blaine's wishes, there will be no funeral service, but his remains will be laid to rest next to Linda's at a later date.
