Arnold Dean Lundstrom, 83, passed away on Saturday, June 30, 2018. He was born on September 16, 1934 to Alvin Joseph Lundstrom and Gladys Hoopes Lundstrom in Virginia, Idaho. He later moved to Pocatello, ID. Arnold married Geraldine (Jerry) Slack on July 3, 1953. He worked as an iron worker and later became a water well driller. He was a member of the Local 732 Union and the Well Drillers Association. He was a member of the LDS church. In his younger years, Arnold liked skeet shooting and traveling with his family in their motor home. He loved the trips to Yellowstone National Park. Arnold is survived by his wife, Jerry, Pocatello, ID; son, Bennie Dean Lundstrom, Pocatello, ID; daughter, Peggy (Randy) Larsen, Pocatello, ID; son, Kim A. Lundstrom, Idaho Falls, ID; sister, JoAn Girard, Pocatello, ID; 5 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren, with one on the way. He is preceded in death by his parents; a daughter, Kathy Kimber; brother, Robert Lundstrom; and sister, Sharon Hansen. Funeral services will be held on Friday, July 6, 2018 at Colonial Funeral Home, 2005 S. 4 th Ave. Pocatello, ID, at 1 pm with a viewing from 11:30-12:30 pm prior to the services. Burial will follow at Mountain View Cemetery, 1520 S. 5 th Ave. Pocatello, ID.
