Anita Lee Gulas was born in Denver, Colorado on November 1st, 1965. She passed away on December 31, 2013.
She lived in Colorado the early part of her life and went to Loveland High School in the mid 70's. It was in Colorado where she met and married her husband, Jeff.
In 1992, she and Jeff moved to Las Vegas. For 20 years, Anita worked as a waitress at Circus, Circus in Las Vegas.
Several years ago she had decided to move away from the city. She and Jeff decided to move here to Pocatello, because they came to Idaho on a vacation and really liked it here. They have lived here for three years and have really felt welcomed by everyone in the community.
Anita worked at Perkins. She had many regular customers, some of them coming even from countries like Canada, England and France just to see her.
One of her favorite things to do during her days off was to go fishing and camping. That was one of the many reasons she and Jeff have liked living here in Idaho. She really enjoyed seeing the many types of wildlife that live in the area and has taken many photos on their fishing trips. Photography was just one of her many hobbies.
The family would like to thank the community for all of their support.
Anita is survived by her husband Jeff, their son Matthew Gulas and their daughter Maylin Ammon. She has three sisters and many grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
The family is holding a private memorial service at a later date.
