Angela Morando Flores

Angela Morando Flores passed away peacefully on Tuesday, December 5, 2017. She was born to David Morando and Espiridiona Estrada on May 5, 1925 in San Luis Soyatlan, Jalisco Mexico.

She was married to Gabriel Flores Sisneros. She worked in their family home business as a seamstress in Chapala Jalisco Mexico. She and her family moved to Pocatello, Idaho in 1969. Angela retired from Lamb Weston in 1984.

Angela was a loving mother and grandmother who enjoyed her Catholic Christian faith to its fullest; participating in the church choir and Order of the Lay Franciscan nuns. She will be greatly missed by all of her family.

She is survived by: her children; Gabriel (Luz) Flores of New Mexico, Francisco (Rosa) Flores of Pocatello, Amalia (Jesse) Jaramillo, of Nebraska, Sabas (Linda) Flores of Chubbuck, David (Zulema) Flores of Nampa, Carlos (Dawn) Flores of Chubbuck; Mina (Robbie) Vanek of Pocatello, Peter (Peggy) Flores of Chubbuck, Abel Flores of California; Martha (Anastasio) Limon, of Pocatello, Angie (Salvador) Oblea, of Pocatello; thirty-seven grandchildren; sixty great-grandchildren and sixteen great-great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by; her husband, Gabriel Flores; son, Juan Flores; grandchildren, Juan & Sabas Flores; Great grandchild Dante Frazier Flores; her parents and her siblings.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, December 8, 2017 at the St. Anthony Catholic Church at 524 N. 7th Avenue in Pocatello, Idaho. A Rosary service will be held at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, December 7, 2017 at St. Joseph's Catholic Church at 439 N. Hayes Avenue. A Viewing will follow services.
