Alice Mae Peck, 89, passed away on Monday, November 11, 2019. She was born on March 26, 1930 in Pocatello, Idaho to Orson Charles Putnam and Estella Hazel Devenburg Putnam. Alice married Dick Peck and they were later divorced. She had an adopted son, Richard Todd Peck. Alice was a waitress and cook for many years. She also had a daycare and was a caregiver. She was a very good event planner and activities director at St. Anthony place for many years. She was a member of the LDS church and had been through the temple. Alice was a great cook; she loved cooking, sewing and jigsaw puzzles. She also enjoyed Amish Chicken Scratch quilting with her sister, Barbara. They made a quilt for President Bush and it was presented by Senator Craig. Alice is survived by her son, Richard Todd Peck, Pocatello, ID; sister, Nola (Dennis) Thomson, Nevada; sisters-in-law; numerous nieces and nephews and great-nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents; and 10 siblings, Fred, Juanita, Estella, Bertha, Newell, Jim, Earl, Barbara, June and Oscar. Funeral services will be held on Friday, November 15, 2019 at 11 am at Colonial Funeral Home, 2005 S. 4 th Ave. Pocatello, ID, with a viewing for one hour prior. Burial will follow at the Oakley Basin Cemetery, Oakley, Idaho.
