Alberta Daniels

Alberta Jane Daniels, 91, passed away Saturday, March 8, 2014 at her home in Bancroft. Alberta was born November 16, 1922 in Council Grove, Kansas. She moved to Idaho in 1943. Alberta married James T. Garrett in 1946. He passed away in 1957. She later married Jack H. Daniels on June 17, 1960. He was the love of her life. Jack passed away in September 1996. She was the owner and operator of Alberta's Ceramic Hobby Shop. She participated in the foster grandparent program and was a member of Job's Daughters. She was a member of the First Southern Baptist Church. Alberta loved ceramics, dolls, and sewing. Alberta is survived by her daughter, Victoria (Evan) McLain, Bancroft, Idaho, two sons, William (Patricia) Garrett, Pocatello, Idaho, and Jack L. (Debbie) Daniels, Soda Springs, Idaho, 8 grandchildren, and 16 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her Husband, Jack H. Daniels, Husband, James T. Garrett, Grandson, Christopher Garrett, two great granddaughters, Alexis and Scarlett Owens, and a Sister, Izetta Coover. Memorial services will be held at 11:00 AM, Thursday, March 13, 2014 at Colonial Funeral Home, 2005 S. 4th Ave. Pocatello.
