Aaron D. Ayers

On Saturday, May 30, 2020, Aaron Douglas Ayers was called home unexpectedly at the age of 37. The world has lost a great son, brother, husband, father, and friend. Aaron was born in Casper, Wyoming, on March 21, 1983 the son of Carla Munk (Cline) and Douglas Ayers. He relocated to Soda Springs, Idaho as a young child with his mother and step-father and younger sister, Jessica. Aaron attended Soda Springs High School. Doug, Aaron's father, taught him to ride dirt bikes at a very young age. This fueled his love for anything that had a motor. In his words, he enjoyed anything that goes fast, jumps high, and gets your adrenaline pumping. Aaron was a skilled artist, creating beautiful art from an early age. In adulthood he attended the Art Institute of Las Vegas. Aaron understood that his greatest accomplishment wasn't his art or his career but being a good father. Aaron met his wife, Kelsie, in 2011 through a mutual friend. They instantly became best friends and fell in love years later. That love grew to include Kelsie's young sons Damin, Dante, and Dreyken, and his own children Payton, and TayLynn. They married on April 20, 2018. Aaron's children were the pride and joy of his life. The legacy of Aaron's kind spirit, passion for art, love of cars and dirt bikes, and zest for life will live on through the five of them. It was often said that he was the biggest kid of all. Aaron always had a smile on his face and a joke on his lips, he was always there to do whatever he could to brighten the lives of others. There was nothing Aaron liked better than an interesting conversation. Aaron could have an intelligent and engaging conversation with anyone. Aaron is survived by his mother and step-father, Carla and Kenneth (Gene) Munk; his father, Douglas Ayers; sister, Jessica (Nathan) Hobbs; wife, Kelsie; daughter, TayLynn; sons, Payton, Damin, Dante, and Dreyken; and brother, Sky Wiebelhaus; as well as numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Patricia and Gaylord Ayers and Harold E. Cline and Margaret Jeffreys; as well as cousins, Kristen Cline and Isabella Schierkolk. Please join Aaron's family for a Celebration of Life service on Saturday, June 6, 2020 from 3-6 pm at Christ's Love Vineyard Fellowship Church, 415 S. 2nd Avenue Pocatello, Idaho.
