POCATELLO-Phyllis Mae Rosenkrance (Hansen) Hill, 82. Phyllis was born in Arco, Idaho on November 22, 1929. She lived with her grandmother on a farm in Little Lost for six years. She moved to Medicine Lodge with her mother and step father. In 1944 they moved to Blackfoot, where Phyllis graduated from high school in 1950. In 1952 she met Alvin E. Hill while working at the INEL Site. They were married March 20 1953, where they lived in Idaho Falls, Idaho. They later moved to Shelley, then to Pocatello, Idaho. In 1952 Phyllis worked at the INEL Site as a waitress. After she and Alvin were married she worked as a cashier in Idaho Falls. For most of her married life she catered to five children and a husband. She went to work for the school district preparing lunches to help her son Phillip go on a mission. She and Alvin owned and operated HillCo. Satellite and Spa located in Pocatello for ten years. Phyllis was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. Phyllis enjoyed traveling, camping, and fishing. She also enjoyed flower arranging and wagering bets about who would be cast off Survivor with her son Kim. Phyllis is survived by 3 children, Kim (Joyce) Hill from Pocatello, Idaho, Mickie (Larry) Johnson from Vancouver, WA, and Vickie (Wendell) Bell from Phoenix, AZ; 16 grandchildren, and 21 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by husband, Alvin E Hill; sons, Phillip Allen Hill and Robert Earl Hill. Services for Phyllis will be held on Wednesday, April 4, 2012 at 2:00 P.M. at the LDS Chapel Located on the Corner of Philbin and Syphon Roads. The family will receive friends at the church for a viewing from noon to 2:00 P.M. just prior to the services. Burial will follow at Mountain View Cemetery.
